Return Policy

**Damaged or Defective Products**
  If your product arrives damaged or defective:
  - Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  - Email woofsy@zohomail.in with your order number and photos
  - We will provide a free replacement or full refund

  **Change of Mind Returns**
  - Request within 7 days of delivery
  - Product must be unused and in original packaging
  - Return shipping is paid by customer

  **Refund Process**
  - COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (UPI/NEFT)
  - Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days

  **Cancellation**
